An easy yoghurt treat for a Friday evening's craving

Hello again and Happy Yummy New Year! It's been a relaxing holiday with the family and yesterday,as we were all sitting around the table playing Jenga, my elder daughter had a sudden craving for something sweet.Well, mostly she wanted to get into the kitchen and make something herself so I came up with an idea which proved absolutely delicious in only 5 minutes!I should note that my daughters are 8 and 5 years old so you can imagine how easy it was to prepare. Try it and you won't be disappointed!

Preparation time:5 minutes
Level of difficulty: extremely easy

Ingredients for 4 portions

200 gr of strained yoghurt
200 gr of whipped cream
3-4 tablespoons of caster sugar (depending how sweet you want it)
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
8 biscuits of your choice (I used petit beurre cause that's what I had at home)
4 tablespoons of cherry jam or any kind of red jam you have at home

How to do it

Whip the cream until it thickens and then mix the yoghurt. Take a bowl or glass and crumble two biscuits at the bottom. Then add 2-3 tablespoons of the cream you have prepared and put 1 tablespoon of the jam on top.And it's ready!
I had my elder daughter crumble the biscuits and the younger put the jam on top so it's a nice idea for involving them in the kitchen without making evrything a mess!
I hope you enjoy it!

α! το βρήκα θα φτιάξω το "easy yogurt treat for Friday evening's cravings"! (πολύ μεγάλο όνομα για γλυκό!) Πανεύκολο, γρήγορο και φανταστικό! Να'σαι καλά κουμπαρούλα που μας μαθαίνεις τέτοια κόλπα!
    Tip: την επόμενη φορά θα βάλω περισσότερα μπισκότα και θα τα ανακατέψω μέσα στο μίγμα, πως σου φαίνεται;
